Job summary

Aging, Inc. is seeking an experienced Bistro Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and uphold the highest dining standards in a bustling bistro setting.

You will mentor staff, manage service flow, handle cash and POS issues, and collaborate with the kitchen to ensure timely, memorable guest experiences for every guest who walks through the door. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory front-of-house role.
• Ability to lead under pressure while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of wine basics and menu upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff to ensure high-quality guest experiences.
• Open and/or close the bistro, including cash handling, reconciliation, and end-of-shift reporting.
• Monitor efficiency during peak periods.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the Dining Service Director on scheduling and staff coverage.
