Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Bistro Attendant to take orders, prepare and serve food and beverages, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience. You will prepare coffee beverages and light fare, greet guests, and ensure smooth service while upholding brand standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of similar experience, physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Training in food safety and alcohol service is valued.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience as a server, barista, cook, or attendant in a similar setting.
• Flexibility to work shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of state and local guidelines regarding service of alcohol.
• Food safety certification and/or alcohol service training recommended.
• Ability to lift trays of beverages or food items up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare and serve food and beverage items promptly and warmly.
• Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and breakfast or light evening fare.
• Greet guests and maintain knowledge of menu; offer recommendations.
• Service guests’ orders per company and brand standards.
• Maintain clean dishware, counters, shelves, and equipment; handle trash and spills.
• Assist with stock, beverages, ice dispensers, and condiment areas.
