Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality seeks a Bistro Attendant to maintain top-quality food and beverage presentation. You will prepare a variety of foods and both hot and cold beverages, and support bar operations as directed by supervision.

You will deliver friendly, timely service, handle guest orders via POS, and help ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and safety across service areas. Experience and a passion for hospitality are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to company service standards and 4 Keys culture.
• Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks meeting quality standards.
• Respond to orders, questions and feedback politely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of table settings, service ware, and menu offerings.
• Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and making recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders using suggestive selling techniques.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per standards.
• Enter guest orders into POS and handle payments.
• Open and serve wine and other beverages according to standards.
• Retrieve orders from kitchen and ensure prompt delivery.
• Complete opening duties, inspect bar stock and inventory.
• Set up bars, workstations, condiments, garnishes and equipment.
