White Lodging is seeking a friendly Bistro associate to assist guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages in a courteous manner. You will promote the Bistro, handle the Micros POS, and ensure cleanliness and safety in accordance with health regulations.

Responsibilities include answering questions about menu items, assisting with beverage preparation, up-selling, and supporting inventory and side work. Previous experience is not required, but a safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Must pass certification quiz/test for the position.
• Thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Complete Chemical Training and Blood borne Pathogen Training.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and take/enter orders with accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver food and beverages following recipes.
• Operate the micros POS and handle cash procedures.
• Upsell items to maximize revenue and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory and side work as needed.
• Comply with health regulations and safety standards.
• Support team and maintain Bistro appearance.
