You will pull espresso, prepare grab-and-go items, handle POS transactions, restock and keep the cafe clean while following safety procedures. This role requires warmth, reliability, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Guest-focused barista with warm, welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced café.
• Comfortable operating espresso equipment (training provided).
• Reliable with money handling and POS use.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare high-quality beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items following recipes and brand standards.
• Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and create a welcoming café environment.
• Operate the POS system to process payments, room charges, and mobile or go orders with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment, counters, condiment stations, and seating areas.
• Restock inventory such as syrups, coffee beans, milk, pastries, and paper goods throughout the shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures, including proper handling of equipment and ingredients.
• Communicate effectively with fellow baristas, supervisors, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as assigned.
• Support café flow by preparing grab-and-go items, assisting with light food prep, or helping guests with questions or recommendations.
• Uphold all company and brand standards related to guest service, safety, and financial procedures.
