Job summary

BBG Ventures, LLC is seeking a Maternity Patient Concierge to support maternity patients at client hospitals, focusing on non-clinical care from prenatal through the first day home. This role emphasizes warm, family-centered service and seamless patient experiences.

The ideal candidate will excel in compassionate customer service, manage multiple requests, and coordinate items like photography, gifts, and home services while adhering to hospital policies and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Patient-centric customer service mindset.
• Experience in fast-paced settings is preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prenatal care planning: assist patients with birth planning, finding pediatricians, and arranging services.
• Pre-Term Triage & Admissions: assist during triage and admissions, relocate vehicles, gather items.
• Deliveries: coordinate photography, gifts, and celebration meals.
• Discharge: support smooth discharge, shipping, transportation, and prescriptions.
• Welcome Home: arrange groceries, postpartum services, and pet/vehicle care.
• Special Circumstances: support surrogates and adoptive families.
• Every Day: round on patients, record service activity, and uphold core values.
