Job summary

Best Upon Request is seeking a Patient Concierge for our on-site healthcare client in Memphis. You will move across hospital areas, engage patients and families, and provide non-clinical support from admission through discharge and beyond.

You will arrange transportation, deliver comfort items, coordinate errands, and help with notary, banking, and delivery needs while adhering to HIPAA and company values.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Healthcare or hospitality background is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office; familiarity with POS systems.
• Excellent communication skills; multilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rounding and engagement with patients and loved ones to provide warm, personal concierge services.
• Admission assistance such as booking travel, purchases, and coordinating needs.
• Bedside assistance including comfort items, restaurant deliveries, and errands.
• Handle concierge calls, wayfinding, complaints, and service recovery.
• Discharge and errands, transportation, and coordination of family needs.
• Support on-site events, tabling, and holiday activities.
• Collaborate with care teams and document interactions in real time.
• Follow HIPAA and protect confidential information at all times.
