Job summary

Best Upon Request is seeking a Maternity Patient Concierge to support expectant families at client hospitals. You will provide a warm, family-centered experience and handle non-clinical needs, allowing care teams to focus on medical aspects.

Responsibilities include prenatal planning, triage support, coordinating deliveries and discharge, and facilitating Welcome Home services. The role requires compassion, exceptional communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and POS platforms.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background check and immunization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prenatal care and pregnancy planning assistance, including scheduling services.
• Pre-term triage and admissions support, including relocating vehicles and retrieving items.
• Deliveries coordination for photography, gifts, and celebration meals.
• Discharge support with shipping needs, transportation, and prescription pickup.
• Welcome Home services such as grocery shopping and postpartum connections.
• Special Circumstances support for surrogates, single mothers, or NICU transfers.
• Everyday rounds and accurate service activity documentation in BEST’s system.
