• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years related work experience required.
• Experience with computer systems including web-based applications and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies patients who delivered newborns the previous day.
• Compile and assemble reports containing legal, clinical and statistical information.
• Prioritize work plans and coordinate resources for birth certificate registration.
• Telephonic interviewing of patients.
• Explain complex rules and regulations governing birth certificates registration.
• Identify and prepare legal affidavits and notification letters for appropriate patients.
• Acts as Notary Public witnessing signatures and certifying legal documents.
• Coordinate interpreters for patients with language barriers.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and social services to ensure patients' needs are met.
