McCorquodale Transfer, LLC is seeking an energetic Sales Representative in Birmingham, AL. You will be in-market daily for prospecting, meetings, and close moves, with autonomy to drive your own pipeline and income.

The role emphasizes hunter mentality, external sales, and territory development, with a base of 60–70K plus 8% commission draw. Local relocation and full-time commitment expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of outside sales experience with a track record of self-generated business.
• Must live in or relocate to Birmingham, AL area; in-market presence required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales management tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 70–80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan based on data and market research.
• Identify prospects, set appointments, and manage full sales cycle to close.
• Represent MT's services (moves, storage, installs) with deep product knowledge.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through daily prospecting and in-person visits.
• Handle objections and answer service questions confidently.
• Prepare accurate proposals, booking packages, and sales reports.
