Elanco is seeking a Technical Services & Manufacturing Science (TSMS) Scientist at the Elwood, Kansas facility. The role provides operational and technical support for commercial and pilot lab activities, acting as a subject matter expert on monoclonal antibody products and processes.

You will participate in tech transfer, scale-up, validation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across upstream/downstream bioprocesses, collaborating with Manufacturing, Development, and

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Bio/Pharmaceutical Technology, Microbiology, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry.
• Hands-on chromatography (Protein A or affinity), bioreactor operation, and TFF experience.
• Strong data analysis skills (JMP/Excel) and understanding of cGMP in regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-floor support during manufacturing campaigns, troubleshooting and deviation investigations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Development, and Quality on studies, validation, and tech transfer programs.
• Analyze processes to improve understanding and drive improvements, ensuring state of control.
• authored/review technical documents: batch records, SOPs, PFDs, investigations, studies, and qualification reports.
• Assist changes through the change control system.
