Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biomanufacturing-related discipline.
• 10+ years of related experience; 5+ years in technical management.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory standards, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the TSMS team to ensure robust mAb processes and control strategies.
• Oversee training programs and onboarding to ensure competency across TSMS.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle times and improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborate across functions to transfer in new products and ensure on-time delivery.
