Job summary

Elanco's Elwood, Kansas facility is seeking a Process Engineer for biologics manufacturing. You will support operation, control, and optimization of mAb production, reporting to the site engineering team and collaborating across Manufacturing, Quality, and Research & Development.

The role emphasizes process validation, CAPA, and data-driven improvements to ensure compliant, robust production with a focus on transfer and scale-up of biologics processes in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering with 3+ years in pharma/biotech manufacturing.
• Experience with cGMP in a regulated environment and aseptic processing.
• FMEA/PPQ concepts and data-driven process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Support operation, control, and optimization of manufacturing assets and processes at the Elwood, KS monoclonal antibody facility.
• Provide technical expertise for process and equipment performance; contribute to tech transfer and continuous improvement.
