Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead education and adoption of our first commercial product across an assigned US territory.

You will build trusted relationships with HCPs, drive product pull-through, and meet launch goals in a fast-paced biotech environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales, a track record of meeting sales targets, and strong clinical communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred; other relevant sales experience considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management / Business Execution: Develop a territory plan aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives; drive product adoption and CRM documentation.
• Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence: Deliver strategic calls, build trusted relationships, communicate product value and access information.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Field Reimbursement Managers, Territory Managers, and regional leadership; share insights and market intelligence.
• Compliance / Culture: Maintain integrity and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements; embody company values.
