• Understand customer needs, products, applications, timelines, volumes, and commercial objectives.
• Build strong relationships with prospective, current, and inactive customers.
• Coordinate customer meetings and technical discussions with internal team.
• Support the preparation and presentation of proposals, quotations, project scopes, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact throughout development, scale-up, commercialization, and future opportunities.
