MP Biomedicals in Solon, OH is seeking a Bioscience Lab Technician II to support the production, testing, and development of life science products.

You will perform laboratory manufacturing, testing, and R&D support per SOPs, develop manufacturing procedures, document results, ensure quality and safety, maintain equipment, and collaborate across teams to meet daily production schedules and departmental goals.

Formación

• Master's degree or higher in life sciences (biology, microbiology, molecular biology, biochemistry)
• 2–3 years hands-on lab experience in manufacturing, QC, or diagnostics
• Hands-on micropipetting, media and reagent preparation, aseptic techniques
• Proficiency with lab equipment and safety procedures
• Strong analytical and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and accountability
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work in a lab environment with PPE
• Ability to walk to other departments and engage with staff as needed

Responsabilidades

• Perform laboratory manufacturing, preparation, processing, testing, and R&D support per SOPs and quality standards
• Independently develop and document manufacturing procedures and SOPs for new products with required documentation
• Document, analyze, and report manufacturing and testing results; identify quality concerns
• Operate, clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment with proper aseptic techniques and inventory management
• Prioritize daily activities to meet production schedules and collaborate across teams
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations
