Job summary

Bio-Techne is seeking a technical support professional to provide first-class customer experience with company products. You will serve as the primary contact for technical and service-related issues, demonstrating product benefits and coordinating with sales, QA/QC, and R&D to resolve customer concerns.

The role requires a strong background in molecular biology or related fields, with hands-on lab experience and the ability to translate complex scientific information into actionable guidance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in molecular biology, laboratory science, immunology, cell biology or biochemistry.
2+ years of laboratory experience.
Strong communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers on use of company products and follow up on complaints.
Address customer questions and provide guidance based on end-user needs.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, QA/QC and R&D to resolve customer concerns.
