Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across functions.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS including dashboards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings and sourcing through screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and candidate close.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for scientific, clinical, commercial, corporate, and leadership roles.
• Conduct candidate outreach, resume reviews, initial screening interviews, and assessments of qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs using LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish hiring priorities, and develop recruitment plans.
• Oversee relationships with external recruitment firms and executive search partners as needed.
