• Proven ability to source and close senior-level roles using multi-channel strategies.
• Strong executive presence; ability to influence senior leaders on talent strategy.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable with dashboards and data insights.
• Coaching-first leadership rooted in trust, empowerment and accountability.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Genuine curiosity and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive TA strategy aligned with growth.
• Own TA budget, vendor management, and ROI.
• Advise CPO and leadership on headcount planning and market trends.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across all levels with efficient processes.
• Develop employer branding and university recruitment pipelines.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience and stakeholder collaboration.
• Establish TA KPIs and report insights to leadership.
