Crescent Biopharma is seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our end-to-end recruiting function during a period of rapid growth. You will partner with the HR team to build talent pipelines, coordinate initiatives, and collaborate with third-party search partners.

This high-impact role requires Biotech hiring expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience (Biotech preferred).
• Experience building or scaling a biotech/pharma organization.
• Proficient with ATS platforms (Lever preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive Crescent's talent acquisition strategy.
• Serve as SME and trusted advisor for TA.
• Champion Crescent's employer brand externally.
• Design and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to build deep talent pipelines.
• Leverage Lever and other digital sourcing platforms to optimize pipeline management.
