Addison Group is seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Alameda, CA. The role supports a busy Talent Acquisition team with high-volume interview scheduling, onsite coordination, and candidate experience—from pre-screen to panel interviews.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong Outlook calendar management and prior recruiting coordination are essential; training will be onsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 6+ years of relevant experience in recruiting operations.
• Experience coordinating high-volume interview schedules and onsite logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook calendar management and scheduling coordination.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) such as Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume interview scheduling (approx. 20–30 per week) across multiple calendars and stakeholders.
• Welcome candidates onsite, assist with check-in and facilitate a smooth interview process.
• Coordinate interview logistics including meeting setup, catering, and itineraries.
• Communicate scheduling details and hiring logistics to candidates and teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles, requisitions and ATS documentation.
• Assist with reference checks, background screening coordination and travel arrangements.
