Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced QA/QC lead for a full-time traveling assignment supporting an Advanced Technology project that includes data center, pharmaceutical, industrial/manufacturing, and EV/battery/renewables market segments.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing the project QA/QC Plan, leading QA/QC staff, ensuring compliance with contract documents, coordinating with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years' construction experience.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, contract documents, and codes.
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the project QA/QC Plan in coordination with the project team and stakeholders.
Ensure qualified staff are assigned to meet QA/QC requirements.
Maintain collaboration with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors for compliance.
Lead, supervise and develop all Turner QA/QC staff including performance feedback.
Conduct testing and inspections and arrange third-party testing as needed.
Document corrective actions and ensure non-conformities are resolved before continuing work.
