AGC Biologics is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead the development of customer proposals across its global network. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop competitive content, and ensure timely submissions to drive new business opportunities.

The role combines project management with scientific and commercial insight, offering growth through mentorship of junior proposal managers and exposure to strategic leadership decisions at AGC Biologics.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Biotech, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably from a CDMO.
• Project management capabilities to drive semi-complex proposals in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good understanding of biotechnology industry and terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals.
• Determine prices for company’s services and products.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather information, write, edit, and format content.
• Ensure proposals meet funding agency requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate and lead proposal development meetings and assign tasks.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and external partners on proposal activities.
• Mentor associate proposal managers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Review and refine proposals for clarity, coherence, and technical accuracy.
• Maintain records of all proposal activities, submissions, and feedback.
• Track and report on proposal outcomes and success metrics.
• Prepare regular updates and reports for senior management on status and performance.
