AGC Biologics is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive prospecting and pipeline support for North America from Boston, MA. The role partners with the North American BD team to advance development and manufacturing partnerships.

You will engage prospects across multiple channels, translate technical capabilities for decision-makers, and maintain CRM records to ensure a robust sales funnel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 1–3 years in business development, inside sales or similar role.
• Demonstrated track record of proactive outreach and lead qualification.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and standard business tools.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, research, and qualify new business leads across North America.
• Conduct targeted proactive outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
• Partner with BD Directors to prioritize target accounts and coordinate outreach.
• Represent AGC Biologics at local events and build relationships in Boston/Cambridge ecosystem.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and provide timely follow-up across the North American team.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation activities.
• Share market insights with BD and leadership to inform go-to-market strategy.
