LatchBio in San Francisco is seeking a Production Manager to oversee staffing and delivery of scientific projects. You will ensure the right scientists are on the right projects and that everything ships on time and on budget.

You will work with founders, product, and engineering to plan scope, forecast costs, and develop new projects that build on the team's strengths. This role is on-site in San Francisco and emphasizes hands-on delivery and collaboration.

Formación

• Science background in biology with bench or computational work.
• Experience running scientific delivery for a team of experts.
• Ability to match scientists to work across domains (proteomics, genomics, cell biology, etc.).
• Steady under shifting priorities and re-planning quickly when scope or deadlines change.

Responsabilidades

• Match people to projects and ensure the right scientists are on the right projects.
• Plan projects with customer requirements, scope, and timelines achievable with the team.
• Own production and revenue, track output and costs, forecast with finance, and improve delivery tools.
• Shape scientific direction by developing new projects that play to the team strengths.
