Job summary

LatchBio is seeking a Technical Ops & Enablement Engineer to own onboarding for new bioengineers, manage access and licenses, and run beta tests for new features. You will collaborate with product and engineering to improve adoption, write docs, and fix issues in collaboration with the user community.

You will govern security, automate workflows, and provide platform support while ensuring engineers can focus on building.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT, systems administration, or IT/eng ops at a fast-moving tech company.
• Hands-on with Google Workspace admin, MDM, and SSO/SCIM.
• Familiar with AWS/GCP IAM and GitHub org admin.
• Ability to read code, reproduce bugs, and ship small fixes.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical enablement lifecycle for work trials, contractors, hires, and departures.
• Administer identity and access: Google Workspace, GitHub, Slack, AWS/GCP, VPN, and SSO/SCIM reviews.
