Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead client projects from initiation to completion at our San Diego, CA site. You will ensure timelines are met, maintain strong client relationships, and support internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science required; degree in a scientific field preferred.
• 3+ years in an industry or scientific environment.
• 1+ year in a client-facing position (project management role preferred).
• Technological proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects including key accounts, across multiple business lines or sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address questions and observations.
• Establish project timelines, monitor actions, and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Organize and lead meetings with clients and internal teams, set agendas, and provide meeting minutes.
