• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and supplier identification; assist in communication with vendors.
• Gather quotes and compare supplier capabilities and pricing.
• Assist with preparing and processing purchase orders per company policies.
• Help prepare and organize contract documents for review by senior staff.
• Learn how terms are negotiated and reviewed for compliance.
• Track procurement spending and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Support cross‑department collaboration with finance, operations and legal.
• Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Collect and organize supplier performance data and follow up on issues.
• Maintain records of purchases, suppliers, and pricing data for audits.
• Assist with labware washing, autoclave operations, and biosafety procedures.
