Job summary

SystImmune is seeking a Laboratory Operations Technician to support materials, reagents, and equipment at our Bothell, WA site. The role includes inbound/outbound shipping, inventory management, glassware washing, and autoclave operation in a fast-moving biotech environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in shipping/receiving or lab support, with attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures and SOPs. This is a full-time on-site position at the Bothell facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Biological Sciences, or related field, or equivalent combination with 4+ years biotechnology laboratory operations experience.
• 1–3 years shipping, receiving, warehouse, or laboratory support experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in verifying, labeling, and documenting materials.
• Ability to read and follow procedures, including packing instructions and equipment SOPs.
• Basic computer proficiency to use ERP and carrier systems.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing requests across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect inbound shipments and verify against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Route temperature-sensitive materials to the correct storage conditions.
• Prepare outbound shipments including dry ice and temperature-controlled materials.
• Operate autoclaves and glassware washers; maintain labware and records.
• Support facilities and operations with equipment moves and general tasks.
• Participate in inventory counts and process-improvement efforts.
