Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support inspection operations in controlled areas. The role involves operating inspection machinery, conducting visual and physical inspections, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and batch record requirements.

You will perform material handling, contribute to lean and 5S initiatives, and maintain documentation in SAP/ECMS as part of a dynamic production team on a 12-hour night shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to detect visual defects with accuracy.
• Knowledge of product security controls and material handling equipment.
• Documentation and data entry skills for batch records.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for SOPs and instructions.
• Ability to follow procedures with minimal supervision.
• Teamwork in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate inspection machinery and monitor equipment status.
• Perform visual, cosmetic, and physical inspections; escalate as needed.
• Start-up equipment, adjust, clear jams, and assist with cleaning.
• Move materials with pallet jacks and lifts; transfer to cold rooms.
• Maintain cGMP via cleaning and line clearance activities.
• Support lean initiatives and 5S; participate in problem-solving.
• Identify process improvements while maintaining quality and cGMP.
• Perform batch records and SAP-based inventory control.
