Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company advancing how medicines are made. The Manufacturing Technician II supports Formulation operations, operating equipment, logging batch records, and ensuring cGMP compliance on a 12-hour night shift.

You will collaborate with maintenance and lead technicians to resolve production issues and uphold safety and quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to read and follow SOPs, and experience with automated

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating automated and semi-automated equipment.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate start-up, batch execution, material handling, cleaning and line clearance to maintain a cGMP environment.
• Monitor process execution, materials and supply levels; coordinate batch tasks on the production floor.
• Perform cleaning in place, steam in place, and single-use connections; assist with preventive maintenance.
