Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Co seeks an experienced Lead Manufacturing Associate, Cell Therapy, to support routine manufacturing operations in a Devens, MA facility. The role emphasizes GMP compliance, aseptic processing in cleanrooms, and cross-functional teamwork to ensure quality and efficiency.

Shifts are 6am–6pm on a rotating schedule, including holidays and weekends. Requires 4+ years in cell therapy manufacturing, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or engineering field.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in cGMP bioprocessing or cell therapy manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with aseptic processing in ISO 5 cabinets and handling human-derived materials is preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient process unit operations per SOPs and batch records.
• Maintain documentation per protocols and batch records.
• Work in cleanroom and perform aseptic processing per GMP.
• Assist with training to build necessary skills.
• Support area setup, equipment installation, and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Managers and planning on shift schedules.
• Support GMP compliance and quality investigations.
