Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Devens, MA is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Associate, Cell Therapy to support routine cell therapy manufacturing operations. You will work in a cGMP environment, operate in a cleanroom, and help ensure safety, quality, and compliance across multiple shifts.

The role requires a strong foundation in cell therapy processes, documentation, and teamwork, with opportunities to train others and contribute to investigations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance.
• Experience in cell therapy manufacturing.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and aseptic processing.
• Comfortable following SOPs and batch records.
• Willingness to train others and lead local investigations.

Responsibilities

• Execute operations per SOPs and batch records.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards.
• Complete documentation per process transfer and batch records.
• Solve simple problems and apply existing solutions.
• Train others on SOPs and work instructions.
• Set up manufacturing areas and equipment; assist commissioning activities.
• Write manufacturing operating procedures that are technically sound.
• Coordinate with production planning for daily unit operations across shifts.
• Work in cleanroom environments and maintain environmental controls.
