Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring for a Senior Manufacturing Associate, Cell Therapy in Devens, MA. You will execute operations per SOPs and batch records, maintain cGMP standards, and train others across shifts in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance for biologics/cell therapy.
• Ability to work shifts (Day/Night/Weekends/Holidays).
• Experience in cell therapy manufacturing and automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute operations described in SOPs and batch records.
• Maintain safety quality and GMP compliance in all tasks.
• Complete documentation per protocols and batch records.
• Train others on SOPs and work instructions.
• Support investigations and identify innovative solutions.
• Assist in setting up manufacturing areas and equipment.
• Write manufacturing operating procedures that meet cGMP requirements.
• Coordinate with production planning for daily unit operations across shifts.
• Work in a cleanroom and perform aseptic processing.
