Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Devens, MA is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Associate, Cell Therapy to support routine manufacturing operations under GMP conditions. This role requires hands-on work in a cleanroom, aseptic processing, and collaboration across teams to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance for biologics/cell therapy manufacturing.
• Ability to work assigned shift (Day, Night, Weekends, Holidays).
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and perform aseptic processing.
• Comfort with exposure to human blood components and magnets.

Responsibilities

• Execute operations described in SOPs and batch records.
• Maintain aseptic conditions and cleanroom environments.
• Train others on SOPs and Work Instructions for operations.
• Support investigations and identify innovative process improvements.
• Collaborate with production planning to run daily unit operations.
