Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Bioprocess Associate for Devens, MA. The role uses cGMPs to execute commercial manufacturing of therapeutic proteins. Night shift hours are Mon-Thu, 9:30 pm–7:30 am. Candidates should excel in process operations, SOPs, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of process operations experience in a biotechnology manufacturing facility under GMP.
• Knowledge of GMP and SOPs; attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate primary production equipment per SOPs (bioreactors, chromatography skids, media/buffer prep).
• Maintain inventory and ensure clean room compliance; support process safety and investigations.
• Assist with revising SOPs and batch records; review batch/exception reports with supervisor and QA.
