Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Devens, MA is seeking a Specialist, Lead Manufacturing Associate Cell Therapy to lead manufacturing operations on the night shift in a GMP environment. You will ensure quality and safety while supporting aseptic processing and equipment readiness.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and guiding others in manufacturing procedures to drive compliant, efficient production across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of cGMP bioprocessing or cell therapy manufacturing experience.
• Experience with cell washing, separation, cryopreservation, and automated equipment.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and perform aseptic processing.

Responsibilities

• Execute operations per SOPs and batch records.
• Maintain safety, quality, and GMP compliance.
• Set up areas and equipment; perform commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Train others on SOPs and work instructions.
• Support daily production planning across multiple shifts.
