Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering related fields, or comparable industry experience.
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in lab management.
• Experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical laboratory environments.
• Knowledge of local, state, and applicable federal regulations relating to lab safety; experience with LIMS and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize lab processes, inventory, and chemicals.
• Oversee lab equipment procurement, service contracts, and calibration schedules.
• Ensure lab safety and regulatory compliance, manage hazardous materials.
• Coordinate external providers for lab support services (EHS, IT, supplies).
• Oversee annual permits, shipments, waste removal; manage office operations and events.
