Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in lab management.
• Experience in Biotech/Pharma lab environment and multiple ops areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize lab processes, including inventory, consumables, and chemicals.
• Oversee acquisition and maintenance of major lab equipment and calibration schedules.
• Ensure lab safety, regulatory compliance, and PPE adherence.
• Manage external providers for lab support services (supplies, IT, EHS).
• Coordinate permits, renewals, shipments, and waste removal.
• Collaborate with scientists to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Contribute to budget planning and review of service contracts.
