Job summary

Revvity, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Lab team member to maintain material and inventory data, operate the Perfect Pick warehouse system, and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy across finish goods and components.

The role requires attention to detail in a fast-paced biotech environment and collaboration with Packaging, Customer Service, Planning, Manufacturing, and Receiving/Shipping teams. The job includes updating SOPs and training new staff.

Qualifications

• Data entry to document material transactions accurately.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ERP data integrity.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in trouble shooting shipping errors.
• Monitor materials within packaging and shipping adjustments.
• Perform data entry to document material transactions accurately.
• Transfer materials for internal customer use and for inventory needs.
• Maintain accuracy of inventories for finish goods and components.
• Perform inventory counts and adjustments in the ERP system.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Organize and complete inventory related projects.
• Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures.
• Create and maintain quality documents to ISO standards.
• Recommend system/process enhancements.
• Train new associates on tasks.
• Track KPI metrics.
• Investigate customer complaints and provide updates on SOPs.
