Job summary

PSC Biotech is hiring a Business Development Manager to sell our professional services in validation, quality, and engineering within the life sciences sector. You will own the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and pursue new growth opportunities across assigned accounts.

The role requires 2-5 years of BD/sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong CRM discipline. Travel is required, and US work authorization is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of BD, sales or account management experience in life sciences/consulting.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales for professional services across validation, quality, engineering.
• Build and expand client relationships and drive renewals.
• Identify new opportunities and pursue growth within assigned territory.
• Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Forecasts, pipeline reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
