You will lead a high-visibility team and shape market strategy while coordinating with global partners and internal functions to accelerate timelines and maximize value.

You will manage a pipeline of opportunities, negotiate complex deals, and expand our footprint with top biopharma collaborators.

Qualifications

• Essential experience: 12+ years in business development with extensive strategic planning.
• 8+ years of experience managing a sales team.
• Experience setting sales targets and goals to drive growth.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new CDMO business opportunities for FUJIFILM Biotechnologies.
• Develop territory expansion plans aligned to global objectives.
• Represent FUJIFILM Biotechnologies at conferences and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal, commercial solutions, operations, and marketing to close deals.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance future solutions.
