Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks performance-driven sales professionals to represent Genentech products and drive use across brands in a defined territory. You will execute focused call plans, present approved messaging, and support access for specialty therapies.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, territory development, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Neuroimmunology experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience required.
• B2B or B2C sales experience.
• Proven track record of driving results in primary care sales, hospitality or equivalent.
• Strong account management skills and ability to gain access across health systems/pharmacies.
• Ownership mindset with initiative and problem-solving ability.
• Comfort with fast pace and high volume face-to-face interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow relationships with identified customers.
• Demonstrate sales skills to drive use of brand products and access support.
• Apply discretionary effort to maximize territory potential.
• Provide approved information and targeted messaging to accounts.
• Meet sales and call targets set by the company.
