Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years delivering sales results through frontline leadership in pharma/biotech.
• Ability to manage, develop, and motivate others; lead through change; deliver on business imperatives.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care and reimbursement impact.
• Effective planning and resource utilization; collaborate to implement programs.
• Willingness to travel >50% and coach region members on analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Specialty Account Managers within the local geography and oversee regional sales performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans; monitor activities and projects to achieve regional sales goals.
• Supervise operations of the region, including hiring, training, coaching, and development of representatives.
• Establish and maintain an effective communication rhythm among all team members.
• Maintain technical expertise to respond to products, policies, and business issues from customers.
• Coach on selling skills, product knowledge, and capabilities; conduct performance reviews and feedback.
