You will collaborate with district, regional, and corporate teams to execute strategy, grow market share, and drive performance. The role emphasizes coaching, hiring, and developing district staff within a dynamic, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of Sales/Marketing experience
• Master’s degree with 6 years of Sales/Marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of Sales/Marketing experience
• Associate’s degree with 10 years of Sales/Marketing experience
• High school diploma / GED with 12 years of Sales/Marketing experience
• 2 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to customers by providing clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with district, regional and corporate teams to meet sales targets.
• Track the progress of marketing messages and programs and provide feedback to district teams.
• Hire and develop district staff and ensure training compliance.
• Lead district sales meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop local Opinion Leader relationships to achieve aligned objectives.
