Job summary

As a full-time, non-exempt team member in Sales and Marketing, you will handle orders, education on diagnostic products, inquiries, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Processes orders and quotes via phone, email, LIMS, and web channels
• Prepares customs forms and documents for international shipments
• Creates and maintains customer accounts in ERP; nurtures relationships
• Assists customers with general and technical inquiries and product education
• Ensures accurate, timely delivery of orders per policies and regulations
• Manages invoicing, billing adjustments, returns and refunds
• Responds to and routes customer complaints and technical support cases
• Gains and maintains an understanding of VMRD's diagnostic/testing services
• Keeps order and shipment records; supports shipping/receiving as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager
