Job summary

The Steely Group in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Field-based Business Development Manager - Product & Services to drive revenue opportunities in immuno-oncology, animal model gene engineering, and preclinical pharmacology.

You will reach out to prospective customers, negotiate contracts, attend trade shows, and support branding to raise market awareness; travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in bioscience or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and conferences.
• Experience in engaging with biotech and biopharma scientists is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Master the science and business skills in immuno-oncology, animal model gene engineering, and preclinical pharmacology.
• Actively reach out to prospective customers, explore opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Attend trade shows and relevant conferences to generate leads and brand exposure.
• Support Marketing in branding and building awareness in the marketplace.
