The Steely Group is seeking a Business Development Manager - Product & Services for a Pittsburgh-based biotech client. This role blends cutting-edge bioscience with strategic sales and contract negotiations.

You will engage prospective customers, attend trade shows, and support marketing efforts to build market awareness while advancing revenue opportunities in immuno-oncology and related fields.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in bioscience required.
• Mouse model experience required.
• Hands-on wet lab and direct research experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and conferences.
• Must reside in Pittsburgh or within a 45-minute commute.

Responsibilities

• Master the science and business skills in the above-mentioned fields.
• Actively reach out to prospective customers, explore business opportunities, manage negotiations and secure contracts.
• Attend trade shows/relevant conferences.
• Support the Marketing Team in branding and building awareness in the marketplace.
