Job summary

Jiuzhou Pharma/九洲药业 is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for CDMO services across TIDES Europe and America. You will prospect, present, and close deals with pharmaceutical and biotech clients, leveraging international networks and attending tradeshows.

The role emphasizes obtaining meetings, negotiating quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to finalize agreements and drive lead generation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Track record of selling to pharma/biotech companies.
• Experience in an international dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for TIDES new drug development contacts and companies that could benefit from Jiuzhou Pharma CDMO services.
• Obtain conferences and meetings to present Jiuzhou Pharma services to prospective and existing clients via email, phone, and web-conferencing; travel to local client meetings where possible.
• Participate in tradeshows to raise Jiuzhou Pharma profile and generate leads.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations with clients.
• Drive business, discuss CDAs, specifications and agreements with customers and internally.
• Follow up on leads from sales and marketing campaigns.
