Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in science-related field required.
• Essential experience: 12+ years in business development with strategic planning.
• Essential experience: 8+ years leading a sales team.
• Experience setting sales targets to drive growth.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
